“Are you sure, Vivi? Because I’m not sure once I start I’ll be able to stop. You drive me wild. Absolutely out-of-control.”
There’s heavy lust in his voice. The promise of something that scares me and turns me on in equal measure.
“I’m sure, Vaughn,” I whisper.
The words have barely left my mouth before his lips are pressed against mine. Our first kiss was soft, hesitant, exploratory; this is more. This kiss is insistent, demanding. I’m eager, but I can feel the thrum of his need in the way he kisses me. It’s aggressive, and for once in my life, I can let go and enjoy it.
His hands move from my shoulders to my face, pulling me against him. His mouth opens against mine, tongue slipping to my mouth. I moan against him as the sensations begin to pile up, an overwhelming amount of pleasure. His hands shift again, this time moving from my face to my shoulders and then along my back, pulling me against him.
The press of his body is incredible. The hardness of him is alien and new and I want nothing more than to run my hands over him, feel every inch of his physique. Vaughn is ripped, and it shows even through the expensive clothes.
“I want to feel you, Vaughn,” I whisper against his mouth.
He traces kisses along my jaw, moving his lips right against my ear to whisper.
“Whatever you ask for, Vivi. I’ll always give you. If you ask me for the moon, I’ll find a way to get it. I promise.”
“I don’t need the moon, Vaughn. Just you,” I moan against him as his mouth moves from my ear back down my neck, planting white-hot kisses along my collarbone.
“That’s easy. I’ve been yours since the moment we met,” Vaughn rumbles against me, his hands sliding farther down my back, brushing the curve of my ass.
I swallow, my nerves at war with my need to feel him.
Need wins out. I slip a hand inside his shirt, undoing one button to gain easier access. His hard abs feel incredible beneath my hand. His skin is so much rougher and coarser than my own, and as I slide my hand farther up his body to his chest, the swell of his muscles makes my legs weak.
This man is carved from marble. Statue made flesh.
I follow my hands with my mouth, leaning down as I peel his shirt back and off of him. Vaughn lets me do as I wish, helping me shrug his shirt off and expose his gorgeous body to the low lights of the penthouse.
“Do you like what you see, Vivi?” Vaughn’s voice is amused, cocky. He knows exactly how good he looks.
An idea springs to mind. Something sinful, something wicked, the kind of thought good girls like me aren’t supposed to have. Something I wouldn’t even have dared thought for the first twenty-four years of my life, let alone done.
I grab one of his big hands in both of mine and shove it up my skirt, pressing it against the heat radiating from the juncture of my thighs.
“I don’t know, do I feel excited?” I ask.
The look on his face is pure shock, but it’s swiftly diluted by a wicked, lustful grin.
“You do feel excited, Vivi. Even through these panties, I can feel how hot you are for me.”
I moan against his chest, pressing my lips around one of his nipples and sucking it greedily.
Every second that goes by makes me not just hornier, but more self-assured that this isn’t some sick joke. Vaughn really does think I’m sexy.
His hand between my thighs begins to move, exploring the softness there. I freeze, gripping his big forearm in both my hands.
“Too much?” he asks, but I shake my head.
“No, just… go slow, k?”
He nods. One big knuckle brushes against my soaking wet panties, giving my clit just the slightest degree of pressure. It’s enough to make my knees weak, the sensitive nub sending jolts of pleasure zipping up my spine.
“Oh, god,” I mumble, leaning into him completely.
“You feel so good, Vivi. I’ve wanted to put my hand on this little pussy since I first laid eyes on you.”
The way his mouth forms the word ‘pussy’ ought to be illegal. Hearing his deep voice caress the vulgar word is the naughtiest thing I’ve ever heard. It sends a thrill coursing through me, a line of fire that starts right where his big finger is pressing against me through the thin layer of wet cotton.
I shudder against him as he deftly presses his thumb against my nub and begins to work it in small circles. Even through the barrier of fabric, his touch is almost too much. I gasp, my legs giving way completely —
But he’s there. His other arm wrapping around me, pulling me tight against his chest.
“Don’t worry, I’ve got you, baby,” Vaughn says.
“You’re too perfect, Vaughn,” I gasp, hiding my face against his broad chest.
“Just perfect for you, Vivi.” He whispers against the top of my head. I feel his lips press a kiss there, an oddly comforting gesture.
Then his hand starts moving again between my thighs, and comfort is the last thing on my mind.
“Oh yes, just like that,” I murmur.
“You’re sensitive down there, huh?” Vaughn asks.
I nod against him.
“I’ve never made myself cum. It’s always too much for me, it’s so overwhelming. It almost hurts, and I just can’t make myself keep going. It’s scary. But you’ll keep going, right?”
“Yes, baby. I told you, I’ll take care of you no matter what,” Vaughn growls.
His thumb presses against me just a bit harder, and I gasp again, digging my nails into his skin.
“Please, Vaughn, please, please, please.” I whimper a refrain, the need building in me faster and faster with every circuit of his thumb against me.
“This sweet little pussy belongs to me, baby girl. I’m going to learn exactly how you like it, and I’m going to give it to you every single chance I get.” His mouth is back against my ear again, pouring sinfully honeyed words directly into my brain.
“Yes, Vaughn. I’m yours.” I don’t know what I’m saying, because the tingling electricity of his mouth against my ear has short-circuited my mind.
I’m so close I can taste it, the peak of my first ever orgasm. It’s so close that I begin to grind my hips against his hand, trying to get just that last little bit of stimulation.
Then, suddenly, it’s gone. Vaughn pulls his hand away, and I moan at the loss.
“Vaughn, please…” I whine.
“Patience, baby. Trust me.” Vaughn whispers.
He scoops me up in his big arms, pressing me tightly against his chest as he carries me to the back.
To his bedroom, with the big California king and the thousand-count Egyptian cotton sheets. He lays me out there, looking down at me like Zeus perched on Olympus, ready to pounce.
He isn’t even breathing hard. He’s so strong that it’s hard for me to wrap my brain around.
It isn’t your brain you should wrap around him, Vivi.
“I’ll make it worthwhile, I promise.”
Chapter 7
Vaughn
Baby I don’t need no dollar bills to have fun tonight. I love cheap thrills. — Sia, ‘Cheap Thrills’
I keep my promises.
It’s who I am. It’s what I do.
Vivi is incredible, but what’s more beautiful than her body is her naked trust in me. For the first time in her life, she’s letting herself be vulnerable, and there’s no way in hell I’ll ever let her down.
But damn, if her body isn’t smoking. Underneath those preppy sweaters and loose dresses are a set of killer curves. The kind of body that makes you bite your fist to keep from crying out because she’s so sexy it hurts.
“Vaughn, please,” she whimpers. Sweet music to my ears.
“I told you. Trust me.” I breathe against the smooth skin of her thighs, working my way between them, bringing my face closer and closer to the heat radiating from her sweet pussy.
This close to her I can feel how much she needs me. I wrap my fingers around the waistband of her skirt, slowly tugging it down her bo
dy.
Along with her panties.
I have to peel them off of her because they’re soaked through.
“You’re so wet for me, Vivi.” I murmur against her flesh. I brink the wet white cotton up to my face, breathing in her delicious scent.
“I’m sorry,” she starts, but I cut her off by pushing my face between her thighs.
“Don’t you ever apologize for being turned on, Vivi,” I growl, then press my lips against hers.
Her hands grab my hair, twisting it almost painfully in sudden shock.
“Oh god, Vaughn. That feels incredible.” She gasps, her back arching.
“It’s about to feel a whole lot better, beautiful,” I say around long licks.
“It gets better?!” She leans up, staring down at me with wide eyes.
I nod, grinning. “Trust me.”
“I do, Vaughn. I trust you.” She says, a smile curving at her lips.
I lick her slowly like an ice cream cone, taking my time to trace every nook and cranny with the tip of my tongue. Vivi is vivacious, reacting to the slightest touch with shudders, whimpers, and sexy little moans that make my cock ache in my pants.
Soon, I reassure myself. There’ll be time for my own relief and release later.
Vivi comes first.
“Vaughn, I swear to god if you stop this time —” Vivi starts, but I cut her off, robbing her of the ability to speak.
My lips form a perfect O around her clit, letting me add suction to the gentle circling of my tongue. It’s more than enough to push her off the edge. Not just push — it sends her careening over the cliff.
“Vaughn, yes, oh Vaughn!” Vivi cries, her voice rising to a scream as she thrashes against me. Her pussy spasms, pulsing rhythmically. The contractions of her orgasm pugs a flood of her juices against my chin, and I greedily lap them up.
Not only is it strong, but it’s long. Vivi twitches against me for minutes, her body shuddering in the aftershocks of the most intense orgasm I’ve ever seen.
But we’re just getting warmed up.
“Vaughn, that was…” Vivi starts but trails off as I stand up from between her thighs and drop my pants to the floor.
“Oh, fuck.” Vivi whispers. Her eyes go wide as her voice grows small.
“Don’t worry. We’ll go just as slow.” I say, grinning cockily as I stroke myself.
“No, that’s not it. I’m worried because, um, I don’t want it slow.” Vivi flushes, somehow still embarrassed to talk about sex even while having it.
“Well, I think it’s out of our hands. You’re too tight to take this fast baby,” I smile down at her as I crawl up her body, positioning myself at the entrance of her wet pussy.
“Oh, ok” Her voice is a mixture of relief and regret.
“But once you’re used to it, you’ll be taking it fast. Trust me, I want to fuck your pretty little brains out, but right now —” I kiss her hand, pressing it against my chest, over my heart.
“Right now we’re going to make love together, Vivi.”
She looks up at me, a smile on her face.
“Yes. Please, Vaughn. Make love with me.”
Her kiss is sweet, her hands clasping my arms and shoulders. I press myself into her softly, gently pushing against the resistance I meet until I feel it give way.
Vivi winces but then relaxes.
“Okay?” I ask, pressing another kiss to her lips.
She nods. “Just, you were right. Go slow.”
It takes every ounce of self-control I have to take it slow. My every instinct is screaming at me to grab this gorgeous creature, bend her over, and take her as deep as I can until she’s pregnant and mine.
Instead, I ease myself into her an inch at a time, working my body to it’s limit to give her the most memorable first time ever.
“It’s okay, you can go a little faster.” She whispers against my mouth, her kiss turning from sweet to passionate.
I begin to move inside her,m establishing a slow tempo and maintaining it for a few minutes before increasing it. Gradually I pick up the pace until I’m thrusting into her in earnest.
“Oh, god, yes, Vaughn. You feel so good.” She moans, her voice echoing around the space of my bedroom, seeming to surround me.
“You feel good too, Vivi. Too good. I don’t think I can last much longer.” I groan, willing myself to hold out. A dozen more strokes, two dozen. I flex my thighs, pinch myself, think of unsexy things. Anything to prolong my release until I feel hers a second time.
“I’m so close.” Vivi whimpers.
“Yes, come for me Vivienne,” I roar, pumping my hips into her one final time.
I feel her slick inner walls gripping my cock like a velvet wrapped fist, and that’s enough to trigger my own climax. My cock twitches once and then explodes, unloading ribbon after ribbon of my warm seed into the girl beneath me.
My girl.
My woman.
I know right then and there: this is forever.
Chapter 8
Vivi
Honey, I’d walk through fire for you. Just let me adore you. — Harry Styles, ‘Adore You’
“Absolutely not, Vaughn. No. It’s way too much.”
Vaughn waves me off, his phone at his ear.
“Perfect. Thanks. When can you have that delivered? No, rush shipping is fine. Yes. Thank you so much.”
I glare at the man smirking at me.
The man who just spent two thousand dollars on a chair.
For me.
“Vaughn, this is ridiculous. I normally work in a folding chair. You know how much it cost me?”
“How much could a cheap chair possibly be? A hundred dollars?”
“Nothing! I borrowed it from a group therapy meeting in a church basement.” I fume, hands on my hips.
“Well, this chair didn’t cost you anything either.”
I shake my head. “It’s the principle.”
The grin slips off his face a little bit, replaced by a stern look.
“Vivienne,” the way his mouth caresses the syllables of my name instantly flashes me back to last night— and every other night for the past week— which is almost enough to make me miss his next words.
“You’re going to have to get used to this. You’re my woman now.”
I roll my eyes. “I’m a woman, but I’m my own woman first and foremost.”
He shrugs, his expression bemused and undaunted.
The worst part is, he’s not wrong.
I knew the moment he slid inside me that I would never want another person on this planet. I am his, and he is mine.
Forever.
We’ve spent just about every waking moment together for the past week. And the nonwaking ones too, if I’m being honest. More than just sleeping in the master bedroom beside the gorgeous man who saved my life— in more ways than one— I’ve been spending more and more time in the sprawling office, helping sort out the process of rehabbing the building that I used to call home.
According to Vaughn, it just makes sense for me to have my own desk and chair across from his. He always gets his way in the end.
But that doesn’t mean I’m going down without a fight.
“I’ll just return it,” I say, crossing my arms under my breasts.
“Then I’ll order two next time. Or ten. Or a hundred. It doesn’t matter, Vivi. I won’t stop spoiling you. Not now, not ever.”
I cock my head to the side and sigh. I wish I could say I didn’t like the way he makes me feel like the most important thing in the world. But it’s not like there aren’t more pressing matters in the universe than a supple leather chair for me to sit in while helping him disperse his billions in between rounds of vigorous lovemaking.
“I know, Vaughn. You’re sweet. But you could spend that money on, I don’t know. Feeding starving children? Finding a cure for cancer?”
Vaughn’s eyes sparkle as he regards me with fondness from his own chair.
“Well, first of all, I didn’t spe
nd quite that much on you. Not yet, anyway.” He chuckles.
“I know, but it’s a lot for me.”
He nods. “Second, I do fund those things and half a dozen more. In fact, I have so many fingers in so many different charities —”
“And I’m just one more?” I ask, arching my eyebrow and grinning.
He laughs. “As I was saying, I need someone to help me manage them. Someone with business sense and a keen eye for bullshit. Someone I trust.”
I shake my head. “Vaughn, it sounds like you want to hire me, but I can’t work for you and be in a relationship with you.”
“I don’t want you to work for me. That would be earning money for me. I want you to spend my money for me.”
I eye him suspiciously.
“Are you paying me off, Mr. Tremblay? Offering me a pity job?”
“Vivi,” He frowns at me “I would have made this offer even if I weren’t crazy about you. Even if we hadn’t had something absolutely magical happen between us. In fact, I’ve got paperwork here that proves that.”
Vaughn steps over to his desk and pulls out a sheaf of papers, handing them over to me.
“You printed up a contract for this before you even asked me about it?” I ask him as I eye the small print.
“I like to be prepared,” he smiles back at me.
There’s nothing hinky with it at all. It’s a standard contract for working for a non-profit.
In this case, the non-profit just happens to be in charge of distributing my new boyfriend’s billions to the less fortunate.
“There’s only one problem here, Mr. Tremblay. This says that this position requires a degree in business from an accredited four-year university.”
“Well, I guess you better get one of those.” Vaughn is still all grins. Like the cat who ate the canary.
Or the billionaire who ate my pussy.
“Well, I can’t exactly just pull one out of thin air. They’re a bit pricey these days.”
He shrugs. “Well, hopefully, you find someone willing to pay tuition, room, and board.”
“Vaughn, no. Absolutely not. That isn’t a chair!” I stomp my foot on the ground.
